npcc ... dream cca?
maybe?
what happened to the life skills, the enjoyment, the deep memories which we were promised
from the start when we decided to join this cca?
to all u npcc members reading this blog i want all of u to look back.
remember the time when we were all sec 1 where all of us go in to npcc wih the mindset like:
yay! lets play murderer again!... or hahaha gordan is going to do something stupid again.
I CANT WAIT FOR FRIDAY!
hahaha... those were the days...
rmb the very first campfire? though we didnt know our ncos well at that point of time..
im am certain all of us went through a roller coaster ride of emotions that day, yeah the campfire was fun,
then we all felt like crying when we knew after it it was time for them to pass out.
take heart that at least we did enjoy our bbq?hahaha.the first one.at jiaying's place
we i hell'u'va enjoyed it.seriously. that should be one memory all u ncos reading this blog should treasure.TRIBUTE TO OUR SEC 1 NCOS. GORDAN, YEN SEN, XUE JUN, LIYI

moving on to our sec 2 ncos. well...
they were ok... im meant they were GREAT!

when in our boring np life did we even experience the most well scheduled, most well balanced training programme?
of course it would be our sec 2 ncos's batch.
strict at times, with entertainment relief.(thx melvin)
hahaha... it was during this time that they shaped our life to prepare us for who we are today. NCOS
do not forget every nco reading this, we are NCOS. we were train to lead to be role models.

sec 3 ncos? hehehe.. just as i guess...
no one seriously had much of a great experience,
but lets think was it us or was it them?
have we tried our best each single activity?
is it that the ncos did not put in efforts to bring out the best out of us?
seriously it was us man... its just their duty to train, to prepare us for becoming the future ncos then.
surely a large part of who we are today we have to "thank" them for it.
anyway .

we will reach there eventually.
lets reflect on our past right now. lets not go back to far. how about just after the sec 3 ncos took over.
this is my reflection, my view , u can have ur own. but just read it.
i rmb when they took over, all of us already knew quite abit about our going to be ncos, which was totally a different
case from the previous time around. it might be good it might be bad. my view, it wasnt that good.
see, cause we noe them then we not pressurized at all to preform well.
this was short term. they scold we improved, relationship between cadets and ncos widen.
not good for them not good for us. luckily for us guys there was FOOTBALL!
and while the girls waited for us, they bonded in the classroom while we bonded at the street soccer court.
hahahahaha.
thats was my only motivation to go npcc then, 4 hrs of torture for 1 to 2 hours of football.
it was still fun, until the nco course... of course aircon every week or so was a nice change...hahaha but then..
it wasnt just the same... nco training course was just like a death sentence cast upon our cadet life.
we lost alot of our bonding sessions. even though we tried to make it up by going to cinemas. still again not many turned up
we as npcc members, politics play a big part in our life as a cadet perhaps?
we many a times offended many people while not realizing it.then when u repent and u wan to bring back the person into ur life,
its no longer possible. we can only do so much. time is not irreversible.
thus. .lets forgive lets forget. past greviences are not worth fight over for.
is it for pride or is it for is it just the fact that u dont dare to let go of it? its simple.. make a mistake just say u are sorry.
seriously its a powerful word .its just 5 letters is it really that hard to mumble out a word of sorry?
and on the other hand. are u being to proud to accept the apology or are u unwilling to let go of this incident.
if u are too prouid even to forgive someone, seriousy come over and lemme slap u . and if u are unwilling... turn to a friend
im sure they will help. its not that hard to let go of an incident. look forward to a new day , it better to have an extra friend than another foe.
OBS incident, not a nice memory but yes i have to say it. lets live up to our past and lets reflect on it.
cause of it? selfishness. hahah of course i did not get jealous. reason? i dont know what it is.hahhahhahaha
hahaha. supposed it was some nice camp. i dun give damn i hate atc, i hate annual camp, i hate experiencial camp, why would i give a damn a bout OBS.hahaha.
but seriously. that incident tested our friendship that week.why cant we just be happy for the 2 of them instead of gloating over

3 years of friendship ruined in 1 day? come on ... ... would u rather bless others for what they have and u both feel good about it or would u take away what is from others and both of u wont feel good cause u took something away from him or her, he feels deprived and u feel guilty, once again, not worth it. now lets not forget this incident, once again now that we are ncos. we work as a team one fall all, all fall. we cant risk it to only think of our own well being.
throughout the nco course. we thought we knew alot , but the fact is that we dont. i dont think we understand each other much ,even as of now. maybe its time we gave each other a chance. tone down ,stop shouting . the top is not always the goal. it takes more than one soccer player to win the game. it takes to hands to clap , npcc is not about solo work its about team work.TEAMWORK GUYS.teamwork is not shouting at one another to get things done, teamwork is a bond between all the members to get the job done without offending one another , to finish the job quickly and efficiently and those remiscinise the process after your done, knowing that ALL played a part in the process.
backstabbing is a things of the past. posting is bollocks. we all get the same cca point in the end.perhaps you people may think that i am the bollocks since i am the chair person and you people are not and you feel that it is unfair. perhaps.. its not that nice of a job anyway..hahahaha... i dont demand perfection from you ncos, all i ask is just a little bit of respect like everyone does.
maybe im going off point but i think i would like to say this. i am human . im not a robot. i have limits like everyone does. you are not happy with me still reflect man, what did i do? please re-read above..hahahahaha. anyway....please spare a thought of me? i dun command u to obey me but at least gimme some respect to do as i say because i am not pulling the strings here. the officers are. when i get into trouble, all gets into trouble see. okie

im sorry that you could not be with us for the rest of ur secondary life.maybe we(ncos) could have done more to understand what u are going through. maybe , maybe we could have made ur last day even more enjoyable. im sorry for not trying hard enough.fret not. even if u have left us in ur physical presense as an nco in npcc, u are still there and all of us will truly rmb on of the most enthusiastic , hardworking cadet /ncos. losing you would truly be a loss to our cca.but even though u may not be there in npcc. we will still be there for u in sch. feel free to approach anyone of us. im sure we will be glad to be of assistance.
major contribution to our npcc.recent.our structure.openhouse.
as of now we should all know that our recent openhouse, the structure was mostly constructed by our jiaying.
she single handedly help construct up a structure that dominated the chung cheng landscape that day and most impt
it was stable. her heart did not sway even as our first structure was torn down because its wasnt stable. she gave her time her effort to bring up another structure that all of chung cheng would be proud of.let us all pray that she will continue to live strongly even as she leave our cca to concentrate on her studies.
hahaha...i would like to apologise for the rude comments that i had made on the fancy department earlier last month. i was wrong, rude to say that they did not make a contribution to npcc. on the other hand, they put in the most contribution yet i was blind enough not to see it. we i representing the rest of the unit am sincerely grateful for all that u ppl have done for our unit. thank you precision drill team. hey but you ppl ought to relax man. whats with that black face every time.

hahaha.. now that i have said all this . shouldnt you ncos reflect on our recent attitude? is it really the truth that npcc is boring pointless and is it really that nothing we learned in npcc really matters? if we did not have deep memories, why is it that when jiaying is about to go that our emotions would be so down? its because we treasure the moments we have in this cca. i hope you all get what im trying to say.
